What a great day Simply Stunning Stationery had exhibiting at the first Bayswater Hotel Wedding Expo, in Hervey Bay, Queensland. It was a stunning day, with many local wedding suppliers displaying what they do best!

Simply Stunning Stationery Wedding Expo table display at The Bayswater Hotel, Hervey Bay Queensland
It was really lovely to meet lovely couples preparing for their big day, and to get an idea of what is trending at the moment in the way of wedding themes & to see what invitation designs were most popular with brides-to-be!
One of the most popular designs was the Rustic Burlap & Button Pocket Invitation. This invitation is perfect for a Rustic Vintage themed wedding & it seems the 2013 popular rustic/vintage style is here to stay a little while longer yet! Brides-to-be seem to be keen to have a pocket style invitation to hold all the extra insert cards!

Ceremony program paddle fans were also super popular on the day – and perfect for our coastal location! These order of service fans are the perfect touch for your beach or outdoor ceremony – your guests can keep themselves cool & it is a great way to let your guests know who’s who in the bridal party and what is happening during the ceremony.
These fans are available in any colour, and can be single or double-sided, with any ribbon embellishment! They are the perfect keepsake for your guests to remember your gorgeous ceremony too!

The Bayswater Hotel teamed up with Events by Lewis to create two table settings out on the deck, to give brides a taste of what they can do, and to help prospective brides imagine their reception right there overlooking gorgeous Hervey Bay and The Pier.
