There is no minimum order – no order is too small!


Pre-existing & custom design:

A 50% deposit of the total amount quoted is required to proceed with an order or to book into the production calendar. The balance for all items is to be finalised prior to posting or collection.

Contact us and let us know your requirements, including number of invitations required, other coordinated stationery you wish to order, colours/theme, and date required by. Once received, a quote will be sent to you. Most pre-existing designs can be altered and customise to suit your theme and colours you desire.

At this time, wording and font styles will also be emailed to you for selection. Once you have replied to this email, a proof will be sent to you via email in PDF and/or .jpeg format.

After you review/approve the proof, we will make any necessary changes for your approval. We will make as many email proofs as needed to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your invitations.

Receipt of deposit or email “Approval” signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Extensive formatting and proofing changes will result in job delays.


Printing of guest names and addresses is included in the price on your quote. Guest lists are required in either MS Word or excel format. All text in the guest list must be typed as you wish it to appear. All spelling and set-out must be correct.


Depending on the size and nature of your order, you can expect to receive your order in 2-6 weeks of making final payment.

If you require your invitations sooner, we offer a RUSH service which may attract an additional fee. In this instance, please advise of the date you require your order and we will advise of turn-around times.


It is advisable to purchase a sample prior to committing to your wedding invitation order, to see true colour, texture and quality in person. Differences in colour can occur, which can often be caused by reasons such as colour reflection in the monitor, camera, lighting, background, time of day/year the photos are take etc.

For invitations printed on kraft card: The invitation is printed on 100% recycled card, and offers a raw and original style and has a brown rustic and recycled finish. The card has a unique tactile appearance that is tough, durable & robust. Being a 100% recycled product, this card features flecks of natural fibre within the card, giving a rustic feel. No two sheets of this card are identical, and there are imperfections in this card, which lends itself favourably to the end finish of the product. Variations in the printing may occur due to the flecks of natural fibre & texture of this card. If you not satisfied with the print finish on this card, you can request an alternate “kraft” card, in a lighter colour, with a more refined finish. The alternate card does not offer the tactile, raw finish described above.


All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking number. Shipping charges are calculated on weight and size of order. Contact us to request shipping costs for your specific order.

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post – Express Post International, which provides tracking and signature on delivery, and arrives within 3-7 days to most destinations worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated on weight and size of order. Contact us to request shipping costs for your specific order.

Shipping insurance is available at the request of the client. Send an email to us if you are interested in this shipping option and costs will be provided to you.

Simply Stunning Stationery accepts no responsibility for goods damaged as a result of neglect or poor storage including direct sunlight, dampness, heat, spillages and undue care once the order has been shipped or collected and released to you as the customer.


Due to the custom nature of this business, all sales are final. Please ensure you check your proofs. Simply Stunning Stationery will not be responsible for grammar, punctuation, spelling, or layout mistakes once you have approved your final design proof. No refunds will be made once payment is received. This applies to cancellations of jobs also.

Occasionally mistakes are made. We will reprint any order and pay shipping and handling charges when there has been a mistake on our part. Orders that need to be reprinted will be given priority attention and will not result in additional cost to the customer. If the mistake is a customer error, we will reprint the order to the customer’s satisfaction and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the reprinted order and additional shipping.

Simply Stunning Stationery will not be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect orders being placed by the customer.


Once an order has been authorised for printing, any alterations to design, layout or wording will incur additional costs.

Clients will be required to approve all proofs via email.

It is a condition of sale that Simply Stunning Stationery’s website and details are to be listed at the back of all invitations.


Your personal details, guest names and addresses are kept confidential. Under no circumstances will they be given to any third party. Upon completion of the order, Simply Stunning Stationery will continue to treat all information as strictly confidential.


All of Simply Stunning Stationery’s designs are protected under Australian copyright law. No part may be reproduced in whole or part or stored without written consent.


Excess stationery may be used as samples after the function date.

All efforts are made to ensure all information and prices are correct. However, all errors and omissions are excluded. All dimensions, colour swatches, photos and information are to be used as guides only.
