Ordering Page PHOTONow that you have found the invitation design you love the ordering process is easy:

  1. Tell us the design you love, please remember most pre-existing designs can be amended to suit your colour scheme and your invitations will be fully customized.
  2. The information we need to know to quote for your invitations:
    • Number of invitations you would like
    • When you would like your invitations
    • Your location for postage estimate
  3. Once you have received your quote, to confirm an order, schedule into the production calendar and for work to commence on your invitations a 50% deposit is required.
  4. Once you have confirmed your order with a deposit these are the next steps:
    • You will be sent a wording checklist & guest list spreadsheet to complete and return
    • After we have received your wording we will draft up the layout for your invitations and email you font choices
    • Once font choices and guest list have been received your invitations will be personalised with guest names and proofs will be emailed to you to check and approve for printing
    • Once you have approved the proofs for printing your invitations will be printed and assembled
    • When your invitations are very near completion an invoice is prepared for final payment.
    • Once final payment is received your invitations are shipped you.
